What is Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)?
HRT uses hormones such as estrogen and progesterone to help relieve symptoms related to perimenopause and menopause. It is a medical treatment to restore or balance hormones that naturally decline or fluctuate over time.
What symptoms can HRT help with?
HRT may help improve:
Hot flashes and night sweats
Mood changes and irritability
Brain fog and difficulty concentrating
Sleep disturbances
Vaginal dryness or discomfort
Low energy and fatigue
Irregular periods during perimenopause

What types of HRT does Luminary Health offer?
At this time, Luminary Health offers estrogen and progesterone therapy. Medications may be prescribed in oral, patch, cream, or other formulations depending on your needs. I do not offer hormone pellet treatment.
Do you prescribe birth control?
I do not prescribe any forms of birth control.
