Virtual quick care is a telehealth service that allows you to be evaluated by a certified physician assistant through a secure video visit. It is designed for common, nonemergency conditions that do not require an in-person exam.

Virtual Quick Care is designed for common illness and minor health concerns that can be safely evaluated online. Examples include: Common issues that can be evaluated and treated include: Cough, cold, flu-like symptoms Sinus infections Seasonal allergies Uncomplicated urinary tract infections (UTI) Yeast Infections Skin rashes Tick bites Pink eye Medication refills (non-controlled medications) And many other non-emergency conditions

Virtual care is not appropriate for: Chest pain and shortness of breath Abdominal pain Stroke-like symptoms Major injuries or trauma Severe infections needing IV treatment Mental health emergencies or suicidal thoughts New or worsening chronic disease symptoms Any condition that would need an in-person exam or in-person testing If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

No in-office testing is available through virtual visits.
