During your initial consultation, we will review your medical history, current medications, prior weight management efforts, and discuss available treatment options, including how GLP-1 based therapies work and potential side effects.
A thorough medical evaluation will be completed to determine whether treatment is clinically appropriate and safe for you. Not all patients will qualify for medication based weight management.
If you are a candidate for treatment, you will be enrolled in Medical Weight Management Care. This includes ongoing clinical oversight, provider support, and individualized treatment management tailored to your progress and needs.
In some cases, laboratory testing may be recommended and completed at a local lab facility. Patients are responsible for any associated lab costs. Insurance coverage may vary depending on individual plans.

Ongoing weight management care includes regular follow up visits with your provider to ensure treatment remains safe and appropriate. This includes medical oversight, dose management if medication is started, monitoring for side effects, and follow up support with your provider as needed.
